Quality Policy and Medio Ambiente

TOSCANOhas made a commitment to QUALITY and ENVIRONMENT, as a management policy and continuous improvement of its Quality and Environmental processes.

TOSCANO’sQuality and Environmental Policy, defined and authorized by the Management and in coherence with the company’s general policy, is the frame of reference within the following scope of activities of our integrated management system:

  • DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, ASSEMBLY AND MARKETING OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT AND AUTOMATION FOR INDUSTRIAL CONTROL AND HYDRAULIC CONTROL.
  • MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRICAL PANELS.
  • DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT.”

Within the defined scope of its Integrated Management System, TOSCANO’sManagement assures the following general commitments of its Integrated Management Policy:

  1. It is suitable for the company’s purposesThe company is committed to the continuous improvement of its work processes and customer satisfaction, building customer loyalty, and acting on the principle of sustainability through the implementation of a Quality and Environmental Management System in its construction and building works.
  1. Commitment to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.is defined through the application of the Quality and Environmental Policy contained in its Manual and in the Procedures developed, as well as the identification of its processes for carrying out the works and services, and the identification and characterization of the significant environmental aspects derived from them.
  1. In accordance with the defined purposes it contemplates the establishment of a frame of reference for setting Quality and Environmental Objectives and by the Management Review System reviews these Objectives, monitoring them from the Quality and Environment Department, with quarterly measurement of the same through the indicators of their results programmed for the current fiscal year.
  1. By means of the control and monitoring instruments defined in the Quality and Environment Manual and the Procedures, the following is maintained continuous compliance with Quality and Environmental Objectives, continuous improvement, compliance with legal and other requirements, pollution prevention, the effectiveness of the Management System and customer satisfaction, in all building and construction work performed.
  1. To achieve an adequate communication with its customers, to obtain a maximum acceptance of their budgets, analyzing the non-acceptance of the same and its causes, as well as to attend to their suggestions and claims or complaints. Likewise, to promote internal and external communicationrelated to the environment, collaborating from the human team that makes up the company in the search for solutions to possible environmental problems arising from the exercise of its activities.
  1. With better control of operations, avoid possible claims and environmental consequencesof the work carried out, thus obtaining greater sustainability and customer satisfaction.
  1. Promote continuous training of all personnel to achieve adequate preparation in the performance of work, and instill a greater degree of environmental awareness and sensitization.
