All/nothing mechanical vane flow detector. For pipes from 1″ to 8″ diameter. Rosca G 1″ M.

Description

Sensor designed to detect that liquid is moving inside a pipe.
Suitable for all kinds of non-aggressive liquids.
It is threaded laterally into the tube, leaving a tongue inside in contact with the liquid. This tab remains straight when the liquid is stationary and moves as the liquid circulates. This movement is transmitted to the outside through a bellows spring, which acts on a switch.
The trigger point can be adjusted by means of an accessible screw and adapted to various diameters by changing the size of the tab.
It is essential to install it oriented to the flow direction in a straight and completely filled pipe section, respecting the free distance at the inlet and outlet (10x pipe diameter).
