Description

Transient overvoltage protection panel for photovoltaic systems. Photovoltaic systems are used to transform solar radiation into electrical energy, which can be self-consumed or fed into the grid.

Unlike the ECO-DC model, theECO-DC-INV maintains the same number of input and output strings, each of the strings are protected with 1000Vdc fuse holders and Vdc surge protectors.

On the other hand, the inputs are made with MC4 connectors (optional) for a faster and safer connection. This system is intended for inverters with multi-MPP management that incorporate different string inputs. The protectors incorporated in the ECO-DC-INV have been developed to protect against discharges and surges caused by lightning strikes on the DC side of these systems. The protection consists of three stages of varistors equipped with thermal disconnectors that indicate through a window the failure of the element. It has a remote output (indication contact).
