Transient overvoltage protection type 1+2 for photovoltaic installations. Imax= 40kA.
This series of protectors for photovoltaicsystems type 1+2 have been developed to protect against discharges and overvoltages produced by lightning strikes on the DC side of such systems.
The protection consists of three stages of varistors equipped with thermal disconnectors that indicate through a window the failure of the element.
