Quality Policy and Environment

TOSCANO has made a commitment to QUALITY and the ENVIRONMENT, as a Policy for management and continuous improvement of its Quality and Environmental processes. The Quality and Environment Policy of TOSCANO, defined and authorized by the Management and in coherence with the general policy of the company, is the frame of reference within the following scope of activities of our integrated management system:
  • DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, ASSEMBLY AND MARKETING OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT AND AUTOMATION FOR INDUSTRIAL CONTROL AND HYDRAULIC CONTROL.
  • MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRICAL PANELS.
  • DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT.”
Within the defined scope of its Integrated Management System, the Management of TOSCANO ensures the following general commitments of its Integrated Management Policy:
  1. It is adequate for the purposes , achieving continuous improvement of its work processes and customer satisfaction, building customer loyalty, and acting on the basis of the principle of sustainability through the implementation of a Quality and Environmental Management System in its construction and building work.
  1. The commitment to comply with the requirements required by the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards is defined by the application of the Quality and Environmental Policy contained in its Manual and in the Procedures developed, as well as the identification of its processes for carrying out work and services, and the identification and characterization of the significant environmental aspects that arise from them.
  1. In accordance with the defined purposes, it contemplates the establishment of a reference framework to establish the Quality and Environmental Objectives Environmentand through the Management Review System, these Objectives are reviewed, followed up by the Quality and Environment Department, with quarterly measurement of the same through the indicators of its results scheduled for the current year.
  1. Through the control and monitoring instruments defined in the Quality and Environment Manual and the Procedures, a continuous adaptation to the Quality and Environmental Objectives, continuous improvement, compliance with legal and other requirements, pollution prevention, the effectiveness of the Management System and customer satisfaction are maintained, in all building and construction work carried out.
  1. Achieve adequate communication with its clients, to obtain maximum acceptance of its budgets, analyzing the non-acceptance of the same and its causes, as well as addressing their suggestions and claims or complaints. Likewise, promote internal and external communication related to the environment, collaborating with the company’s human team in the search for solutions to possible environmental problems arising from the exercise of its activities.
  1. With the best control of operations, avoid possible claims and environmental consequences of the work carried out, thus obtaining greater sustainability and customer satisfaction.
  1. Promote continuous training for all staff to achieve adequate preparation in the performance of work, and instill a greater degree of environmental awareness and sensitization.
  2. At Toscano we comply with Regulation (EU) 2017/821, ensuring that the 3TG minerals (tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold) used in our products do not contain harmful substances. They do not come from conflict zones or finance activities that violate human rights. We work exclusively with suppliers who guarantee the responsible origin of these raw materials, carrying out periodic audits to maintain an ethical and transparent supply chain.
