Description
Transient overvoltage protection panel for photovoltaic systems. Photovoltaic systems are used to transform solar radiation into electrical energy, which can be self-consumed or fed into the grid.
Unlike the ECO-DC model, the ECO-DC-INV-S maintains the same number of inputs as string outputs, each of the strings are protected with 1000Vdc fuse holders, 16A fuses included, disconnecting switch for each MPPT output and Vdc surge protectors.
The protectors incorporated in theECO-DC-INV-S have been developed to protect against discharges and surges caused by lightning strikes on the DC side of these systems. The protection consists of three stages of varistors equipped with thermal disconnectors that indicate through a window the failure of the element. It has a remote output (indication contact).
